Rectangular electric furnace with light weight and fast heating system, the body is constructed out of Mild steel sheet duly powder coated / Epoxy painted in beautiful attractive clours. Hinged door with high temp. ceramic wool insulation, With maximum temperature of 1200^oC and working temperature of 1150^oC,with ceramic wool insulation, controlled by digital temperature controller cum indicator, and suitable thermocouple. The control panel consists of On/Off switch, indicator lamps suitable to work on single phase 240V AC 50 Hz or 440 V AC 3 Phase.

Double walled Chamber Inner constructed out of Stainless Steel and outer Mild Steel Powder coated/ epoxy painted in beautiful colors. 2.5^o thick glass wool insulation, temperature controlled by Microprocessor based digital temperature controller cum indicator with suitable PT100 Sensor. Working temperature +5^o above ambient to 80^oC with an accuracy of ±1^oC. Air ventilation provided on two sides. With option of dynamically balanced air circulation fan to maintain even heat within the chamber. The control panel has Power On /Off switch with indicator lamp for heating and Rotary selector switch. The equipment works on single phase power 240V AC 50 Hz. The equipment is supplied with adjustable wire mesh trays as standard and Perforated SS trays as optional.
